- Cancellation made within 06 days prior to the arrival date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), or in case of no-show: 100% of the total room rate will be charged.
 
From 28/04 - 03/09/2023 (excluding holidays):
- Cancellation made before 17 days prior to the arrival date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays): no fee will be charged.
- Cancellation made within 17 - 11 days prior to the arrival date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays): 50% of the total room rate will be charged.
- Cancellation made within 10 days prior to the arrival date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), or in case of no-show: 100% of the total room rate will be charged.
 
During the holiday period (01/01, 23 - 28/01/23, 28/04 - 02/05/23, 02 - 03/09/23, 24/12/23, 31/12/23): all bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable. Any requests for changing the stay period, shortening the length of stay, or reducing the number of rooms will be treated as cancellations and subject to the above cancellation policies.
The cancellation/change fee of a service booking is equal to the hotel's cancellation/change fee plus the transaction processing fee of Living Hoi An. The hotel's cancellation/change fee is calculated based on the room cancellation policy. The transaction processing fee of Living Hoi An is as follows: 
 
- For service bookings under 5 million VND: from 50,000 VND to 2% of the total service value.
- For service bookings over 5 million VND: 1.5% of the total service value.
- For non-cancellable/non-modifiable service bookings requiring support for cancellation/modification: the fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be informed to you before proceeding.
